The Site is operated by DDC Logistics, Inc. for the purpose of providing information about our freight, warehousing, courier, medical, and white-glove logistics services, enabling quote requests, supporting customers, and processing driver and employment applications. Use of the Site is at your own risk and subject to these Terms.

You may use the Site to:

• Learn about DDC Logistics services, coverage, and capabilities
• Submit freight quote requests and contact our team
• Access shipment tracking and customer-support resources
• Apply for employment, driving, or contractor positions
• Review legal and compliance information

You may not, and may not permit any third party to, engage in any of the following while using the Site:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, related systems, or customer accounts
• Hack, probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of the Site or interfere with its security
• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized information in quote requests, applications, or forms
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or data-harvesting tools to extract content, pricing, or driver information
• Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site, our servers, or our service operations
• Impersonate DDC Logistics, our personnel, customers, carriers, or partners
• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any portion of our software, code, or APIs

All content on the Site is owned by DDC Logistics, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade-dress, and other intellectual-property laws. Protected materials include, without limitation:

• The DDC Logistics name, logo, and brand marks
• Brand colors, typography, and visual identity
• Photography, illustrations, icons, and graphics
• Documents, white papers, and downloadable materials
• Service descriptions, capability lists, and methodologies

The Site and all content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. DDC Logistics does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that information will be complete or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DDC Logistics, Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Site, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or service delays, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Service-level commitments for transportation, warehousing, and delivery are governed by your separate service agreement with DDC Logistics, not by these Terms.

We strive to keep the Site available and current, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or any portion of the Site at any time, with or without notice. Logistics services are subject to operational capacity, equipment availability, regulatory factors, weather, and other conditions that may affect timing and feasibility.

The Site may include links to third-party websites, carrier portals, or partner services. These links are provided for convenience only. DDC Logistics does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and your use of those sites is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
